B3 Group Inc. is looking for a Jr. Management Analyst to support contract work for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role will work as a member of a team to provide program management support, documentation analysis and evaluation support.

Some key responsibilities for the Management Analyst include:

Delivery of analysis on the evaluation of large scale programs

Conduct organization studies that assess current organization management systems

Perform Gap analysis

Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection

Consolidate and analyze a variety of data using software programs, such as WBS Chart-Pro, MS Project, Visio, Access, Excel and SharePoint

In order to be successful in this position, we expect you to have the following skills and experience:

Associates Degree in a technical discipline or at least 4 years of relevant work experience

At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in a similar work environment.

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite required, including MS Project and SharePoint.

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Previous technical writing experience preferred.

Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology.

Ability to adapt well to diverse environments.

Ability to communicate clearly with all levels in an organization.

Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environment.

Desired / Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Federal clients

Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs

Preference will be given to those individuals where their primary residency is located in a qualified HUBZone (http://map.sba.gov/hubzone/maps/)
