Robert Half International Bookkeeper/Office Manager in Tucson, Arizona

Accountemps is currently anticipating the immediate need for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for our client located in Downtown Historical Tucson district in the hospitality/restaurant field. This Bookkeeper/Office Manager position is a temporary position, with the potential to transition to a permanent position. The hours for this position will range from 30 to 40 hours a week, with some weekend hours required. Knowledge with accounts payable, accounts payable and payroll is also required.

Minimum of two (2) years experience with hospitality/restaurant service. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and light payroll required. Must be highly organized to maintain office Inventory Supply Ordering

This position requires a proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook. A valid Arizona driver's license is required
