MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The HRIS Change & Communications Admin is a key individual in promoting change within the system, effective branding, selling workday and its functionality to colleagues, employees and managers. Working in the best HR Systems Support team that has effectively launched several projects involving state of the art Bots and machine learning.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Creates and deploys fresh and engaging communication strategy for Workday

  • Relentlessly explore new channels to get our messages out including video, social media and SharePoint Site.

  • Builds and actively maintains strong relationships with Workday users including Data Specialists, HR Expertise teams and senior HR and ETS stakeholders and Country HR Service Delivery.

  • Become the go to person for our Workday enablement and Workday Expertise team and be their voice to shout for any changes that will clearly be heard and understood by users.

  • Manages the activities to maintain effective training and communications materials, including user guides, demos (videos), FAQs, knowledge articles on relevant SharePoint sites and related repositories (e.g. degreed pathway for local HR). Ensuring that these materials are relevant, up to date and interesting. Relaunch and reinvigorate virtual training programs for all categories of Workday users.

  • Creation of Workday roadmap for upcoming changes and making sure that Communications are always ahead of the curve.

  • Liaise with Team Leads with respect to analyzing user feedback in order to drive continuous improvement and simplification

  • Liaises with Workday Release Lead to communicate continuous improvement agenda and manage the activities of change management and communications that are required for the releases and updates

  • Lead Workday Champions Call on a weekly basis. Ensuring topics are relevant, up to date and interesting for Workday Champions across the Globe.

  • Responsible for coordinating to team members who has technical knowledge to respond on Chatter and liaises with Super Users.

  • Champion in Workday Community for understanding change and communications impact and implications

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • With 4-5 years changes management and communications (internal or external) experience required:

  • Experience of developing appropriate channels/infrastructure to deliver the appropriate messages consistently and promote the required dialogue

  • Ability to develop and manage targeted communications to drive engagement and understanding

  • Articulate individual with excellent communication, active listening and presentation skills is a must. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across all levels in the organisation

  • Experience of developing and managing communication plans and driving learning content

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members to problem solve and to use communications as an effective way to drive simplification and continuous improvement

  • Team-player who is a proactive self-starter, with the ability to work independently

  • Passion for delivering service excellence; and developing a culture of “easy to do business with”, where customer’s needs are anticipated

  • Ability to work, deliver and contribute in a matrix global team

  • Organised, strong time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet established deadlines

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially under pressure; and within a cross-culture and global environment
