Hyatt Team Leader – The Living Room & Bar in SYDNEY, Australia
* Assists the Living Room & Bar Manager by ensuring that all policies and procedures are successfully executed. * Provides exceptional guest service at all times and handles all guest and colleague inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. * Ensures that the food and beverage standards are implemented. * Is a hands-on Team Leader and is present at all times in the Living Room and Bar areas, especially during busy periods. * Nurtures and develops each team member, maximising their effectiveness by developing their skills and abilities through appropriate training and coaching.
* Proven food and beverage service experience and qualification in food and beverage service training, preferably diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management * Experience in a supervisory food and beverage role for at least 6 months in a deluxe hotel or similar environment * Proficient at effectively training staff * Current NSW RSA Competency Card * Good knowledge of wines, cocktails and other beverages * Computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office * Unlimited working rights in Australia, with a minimum commitment of 12 months.
