Intel Digital Integration Manager in Santa Clara, California
Closely partner with marketing strategy and campaign teams to deeply understand business unit objectives and overall marketing strategies
Assembles and leads agile teams across paid, owned, earned channels to lead the creation of an integrated customer journey aligned to campaign strategies
Curate data and mine insights to drive an audience first approach across digital journeys. Relentlessly focus on finding and adopting new ways to use data in audience insights, activation and measurement that lead to better integrated customer journeys, stronger functional execution and more relevant content creation.
Partner with content strategists and channel strategist to determine content needs and appropriate content mix that delivers against overarching strategy
Manage the content calendar across multiple teams and channels to ensure channel and geography teams have the content required
Creation of an Audience learning agenda to be executed by analytics teams across channels and then ensuring the use of these learnings to inform future work
Collaborate with and influence a broad set of marketing stakeholders and teams: strategy, creative, web, paid media, social, email, PR, research, capabilities, and operations
Partner with the Digital Integration Director to build and refine the new Digital Integration team discipline including defining a vision, clarifying roles & responsibilities and defining operational and governance requirements
Champion the concept of integrated marketing and the vision and scope of the new Digital Integration team across the organization
Embraces a modern marketing perspective with a keen understanding of the central role of digital and digital marketing technologies in today's marketing landscape
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communication or a related discipline
10 years of experience working in a strategic or communications planning capacity ideally across a variety of marketing channels paid media, web, email, social or at minimum within one of these functional channels
Experience in a global model planning or executing campaigns across multiple marketing groups and/or countries.
Additional Profile Characteristics Preferred
Knowledge of marketing capabilities such as DMP, CRM and campaign tools

Strong analytical & organizational skills. Understands the strategic value that operations, process and tools can bring to a capability.
Experience working in an agile team environment or a proven track record in collaborating and working effectively with cross functional teams.
A "storyteller" who understands how to clearly communicate strategies via written and graphic imagery.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, including presenting to large teams and influencing partner teams in a global, matrixed organization.
Ability to prioritize time toward valued outcomes.

Technology category experience is not required but is desirable
