Position is located in Orlando, FL and will serve as the senior planner for the F-35 Training Market Segment. In addition to overall program planning & scheduling activities for the F-35 Training contracts, specific responsibilities include:
-Develops, statuses, and analyzes Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in sufficient detail to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner.
-Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.
-Develops recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements. Use of critical path methodology and application in network development, analysis, and problem resolution is required.
-Performs independent schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning. As necessary, supports cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value Management requirements.
-Supports proposal activities as required. Position requires coordination with program management, program planners, program finance, contracts, customer (internal/external), market segment leads, functional leads, and control account managers (CAMs).

Experience with Oracle Primavera (P6)
Expertise in Earned Value Management Systems
Experience with DCMA Surveillance Audits.
Excellent Team Player
Financial/Business Operations experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience in Critical Path Methodology
Probabilistic Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) Experience
Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with metrics generation and interpretation
Experience with application of Earned Value Management (EVMS) practices in a planning environment
Sound working knowledge of the Corporate PPMP, ANSI-EIA-748-B standard, and other governing documents related to earned value and program planning
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
