The Boeing Company Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Early Career) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks an early career Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist for the Oklahoma City Programs. This is a critical skill for one of Boeing’s fastest growing sites, Oklahoma City. In this position, you will be involved in the grassroots of new programs and delivering new capabilities to the war fighter.

This position may be called upon to support any of the programs located at the Oklahoma City site including legacy bombers, tankers, command and control aircraft, as well as national and international executive aircraft. This position will be assigned to one of three Integrated Planning and Scheduling managers for the site.

*Primary Responsibilities *Include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements. * Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules. * Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity. * Identifies and reports performance variances. * Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): *

• Experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules • Experience in project planning • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment • Experience collaborating and working across teams

*Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): *

• Experience creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment and resource requirements

Typical Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
