Within EY's International Tax Services, our global Transfer Pricing practice is recognized as a leading innovator in addressing inter-company transaction issues. We offer depth of experience through a worldwide network of dedicated transfer pricing economists and tax professionals. Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, our people prepare documentation, defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop tax planning approaches. We are currently seeking candidates for a career opportunity as a Manager or Senior Staff.


  • Demonstrate an understanding of transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to clients.

  • Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services and work products.

  • Identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services.

  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation, assist in defending transfer pricing in audits, participate in the negotiation of advance pricing agreements (APAs), and develop quality, practical planning ideas.

  • Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals.

  • Thoroughly and accurately analyze information.

  • Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions.

  • Participate in developing recommendations and implementation plans.

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • A business or economics related degree, complemented by an accounting designation or law degree

  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience

  • Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills

  • Proficient in French and English

  • The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment
