Position Description

  • Major/Key AccountabilitiesUnderstand business / functional unit needs to define, track and report key metrics in pilots and customer deployments

  • Develop and implement business analytics aligned with the business needs and in accordance with best practices

  • Provide quick turnaround data analysis to generate insights to help guide decision-makers and executives

  • Own the production and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions

  • Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives

  • Understand configuration dependencies and interrelationships between related functional modules, and design and troubleshoot as appropriate

Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques

Skills and Knowledge:3 - 5 years of implementation experience through at least 2 full project lifecycles• Proven experience in providing business analysis support and direct contact with users to solve issues with business queries• Experience with BI tools such as Qlikview, Tableau• Experience with data mining, SQL, reporting, and scripting a plus• Supply chain domain expertise (desirable)• BS in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field, or related, equivalent work experience• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present difficult concepts into understandable terms• Ability to analyse, solve problems and communicate effectively to address and resolve technical issues• Ability to document business processes and convert to functional requirements• Knowledge of Six Sigma and process methodologies a plus• Advanced MS Office skils English High Level
