  • Manage teams day to day activities to ensure completion of assigned daily, weekly and monthly tasks, including but not limited to, daily quality control sample, daily worklists, daily automated reports, upfront tax quality control and other assigned tasks.

  • Manage team calendar, E-Time, sample schedule, file inventory, file review dates, automated report date and any other important due dates (metrics)

  • Monitor individual level of activity, including team productivity and accuracy

  • Manage the Daily Quality Control checklists used to compile the final monthly stats

  • Build rapport with business partners by holding monthly meetings and as requested to review results; have open, two-way communications for suggestions on improvement in processes (both QA and booking)

  • Manage daily correspondence to meet service level agreement (SLA) of 24 hours (48 hours for escalated issues)

  • Document via email monthly results after monthly meeting

  • Manage Monthly metrics reporting for Booking Quality by required due dates and create Monthly checklists, QA checklists

  • Update the Quality Control criteria based on consensus with team and management (both manual and automated)

  • On a sample basis, perform quality assurance of team's accuracy of their quality control reviews

  • Use CIT's performance management system to set goals, plan for development, provide on-going feedback and coaching, as well as conduct mid-cycle and year-end performance discussions and reviews with direct reports. Provides regular, ongoing support and guidance to employees to address any performance gaps or other barriers to achieving expectations.

  • Ensure that each employee on the team fully understands how their individual roles contribute to team success. Provides both clear direction and resources while removing or reducing obstacles to team success. Establishes an environment conducive to working together towards a common goal.

  • Communicate CIT Company goals, department goals and individual goals to direct reports, and demonstrates CIT's Core Behaviors. Delegates and trains staff to take on new responsibilities in order to make room for new and productive ways to make an impact. Administers and ensures direct reports

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field

  • 2+ years of experience managing a team

  • 2+ years of audit, testing, quality control, or quality testing experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work with all levels of management and cross-functional teams
