Lockheed Martin F35 Affordability Operations Management Process Manager - Individual Contributor in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: The candidate selected for this position will report to the F35 Affordability Ops Management Team Sr Manager and serve in the role of F35 Affordability Process Manager. In this role the selected candidate will preside over and be accountable for ensuring timely, effective, and efficient execution of standard F35 Affordability project feasibility assessment, funding source alignment, CRI (Cost Reduction Initiative) definition, CRI execution, CRI performance tracking, etc. processes while supporting project team evaluation efforts throughout the entire process. The selected candidate will be responsible for assigning project ownership to appropriate Functional owners and coordinating/scheduling projects through Affordability process gates. He/She will be responsible for executing analytical evaluations, developing/maintaining process user training and administering training as needed. The selected candidate will also be expected to coordinate standard process improvement proposals with the Data Management Systems Lead and support process command media updates as necessary.

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.*** This position requires at least an Interim Secret Clearance to start.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Process Management - experience incorporating Lean fundamentals into process flow mapping, process documentation, and standard process execution

2. Experience with performance measurement and data manipulation analytical capability, coordinating/managing high volume flow business rhythm

3. Must possess at least an Interim Secret Clearance to start

4. Bachelor's degree
