Job Title

HR Compliance Coordinator

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare OFCCP audits oversee the audit process by extracting data, reconciling reports, working with appropriate departments to manage data and communicating with OFCCP during audits)

  • Partner with HR teams to ensure they are on track to meet/exceed the goals set in AAP for their respective facilities

  • Create and maintain Corporate Good Faith Efforts database for Affirmative Action

  • Assist with yearly Affirmative Action Plan creation and quarterly reports

  • Berkshire Hathaway’s Ethics and Compliance Hotline Maintenance

  • Provide Ethics and Compliance reports to Sr. HR Directors, HR Directors, and Executives

  • Complete data analysis of Ethics and Compliance reports

  • Assist with HR Compliance Investigations

  • Coordinate/Facilitate Shaw partnership with Project Search Program

  • Maintain EEOC Charge Database and Report Creation

  • Gather EEOC File Documents upon notice of a charge

  • Work in conjunction with EEOC to schedule mediations with government agency and plant staff

  • Serve as Records Retention expert for HR offices Company-wide

  • Coordinate distribution of Ethics & Compliance materials from Berkshire Hathaway (Company-wide)

  • Assist leave management team as questions arise

  • Administration of confidential and sensitive information

  • Coordinate training events for HR Compliance department (quarterly and biannually)

  • Approve EEO job groups in conjunction with HRIS

  • Complete Contract RFP’s

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2 years HR or paralegal experience OR HR Related Bachelors Degree

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Occasional travel- 10%

  • Ability to prioritize deadlines

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred

  • 4 year college degree
