Serves as manager, coach and mentor to Branch Managers in their respective area.
•Responsible for the overall sales performance and skills development of the branch sales teams in their area
•Formulate and expand business development activities
•Evaluate branch effectiveness
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
•High School degree or equivalent
•Five years of banking, small business and/or sales management experience
•Effective negotiation and problem solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills
•Ability to coach and develop applicable skills of others, and demonstrated sales leadership skills required
•Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Experience and acumen in branch small business banking.
