Critical Care Medicine Staff Physician Position
The Respiratory Institute’s Department of Critical Care Medicine is recruiting for mid-career critical care attending physician at our 64-bed Main Campus Medical ICU, one of the largest ICU in the U.S, and our 7 regional hospitals ICUs. As a national leader in healthcare, the Cleveland Clinic serves as an excellent opportunity for candidates with interest and prior experiences in areas of Clinical Informatics, Quality Improvement, Clinical Research, and Medical Education. The position provides unique opportunities to work with a large team of outstanding critical care providers, to participate in and develop research programs (e.g. the NIH PETAL Network) and to foster the education of over 35 critical care fellows each year. Key skills for the position include significant prior experience and expertise in one or more areas of: 1) development, testing, adoption and implementation of health information technologies, data analytics, and clinical decision support in critical care settings; 2) development of quality improvement projects and protocols; 3) supervision, support and mentorship of junior faculty and fellows in clinical and translational research.
