  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

  • Integrates product safety and compliance initiatives into business processes

  • Manages product assessment program development, execution, and maintenance

  • Manages the execution of the Product Safety and Compliance strategy

  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business law, business management or related field and 2 years experience in legal, compliance, government relations, retail merchandising, store operations, consumer product manufacturing or related field OR 4 years experience in legal, compliance, government relations, retail merchandising, store operations, consumer product manufacturing or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year supervisory experience.

  • 2 years experience in product manufacturing.

  • 2 years experience in product testing.

  • 2 years experience in regulatory research.

  • 2 years experience working in or with government agencies.

  • 2 years experience writing product standards.

  • Juris Doctor degree.

  • Master's degree in business law, business administration, engineering or related field.
