The Boeing Company Electrical Discipline Functional Analyst Early Career in Bellevue, Washington
The Information Technology Product Lifecycle Management (IT PLM) Functional Engagement organization is looking for proactive analysts to work with the business team to solve challenging problems and meet business objectives. The Electrical team is redefining how it develops wire design for use on product configurations. As a member of the IT PLM Functional Engagement team, you’ll work alongside the Electrical team to understand their needs and help translate into innovative solutions that meet or beat the targets.
We are seeking an experienced Entry Level Product Lifecycle Management Functional Analyst to support the Electrical function.
This position is located in Bellevue or Everett, WA and does not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must reside in area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
Research complex or multiple processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
Consult with customers to clarify and refine complex requirements. Interpreting and translating complex requirements into functional specifications is a critical need.
Working with the business teams and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) providers
Lead and perform activities to develop and execute tests to validate system functionality against specifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
Technical bachelor's degree.
More than 1 year experience in product design activities and/or product lifecycle management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience)
Experience leading projects and individuals in Product Lifecycle Management tasks
Experience with any of the following Team Foundation, ServerProject, Retrospectives, DevOps ,Integrated Product Teams (IPT),Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) ,User Acceptance Test (UAT) ,Capacity Planning
Customer-focus: achieving customer empathy and ensuring business requirements are understood is critical.
Typical Education and Experience
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
