Consumer insight manager - Personnel care



Responsible for the delivery of specific projects within the insight work plan for Personal Care categories in Thailand: hair care, oral care, skin care, skin cleansing and deos/fragrances. This is a pivotal and core connecting role. Not only partnering the Country Cluster Brand Team (CCBT) and related Cluster Leadership Teams, the Country Planner connects Category/Brand with Country/Customer to guide CCBT decision making.

  • Key role is to connect category and CCBT with CMI Centers of Excellence

  • Monitoring, analyses and course correction of innovation and communication projects

  • Connect and Manages key business partners: Nielsen, Kantar and Millward Brown

  • Represents the voice of the consumer in all decision making in the business

  • Manages day-to-day operations in the MCO

  • Ensures that market/consumer knowledge is shared, understood and acted upon within the team

  • Business partner with Personal Care leaders from the VP for Personal Care, Brand Directors and Brand Managers

  • Drives implementation of new Connected for Growth new CMI organization

  • Basic knowledge of Digital testing and analysis


  • At least 3-4 years of experience in market research

  • Working knowledge of key measurement tools: Nielsen Retail data, Household Panel data, Millward Brown Tracking data

  • Working knowledge in standard qualitative and quantitative methodologies

  • Skills on the level identified below

  • Can create research programmes for the platform needs and manage researches independently

  • Personal care-related experience is a plus
