Demand Generation, Senior Specialist

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with more than a year of relevant experience generating demand for B2B technology offerings and able to work in a fast paced environment. Must also must possess a proven general marketing background and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Create, proof and launch email marketing campaigns

  • Manage prospect database, identify target audiences, and grow our email list

  • Responsible for nurture campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Ensure emails are in legal compliance globally and stay abreast of email marketing trends

  • Analyze campaign performance and work with the team to implement improvements

  • Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing team members for strategic planning and coordination of global campaigns

  • Drive email testing to enhance productivity, deliverability, and engagement

Key competencies required for this position include:

  • Four year college degree required; marketing, graphic design, web or related field preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital communications, general marketing or web development / design

  • Hands-on experience with HTML and WYSIWYG editors

  • Proficient in marketing automation technologies

  • Personable and articulate with strong project management skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Experience in a B2B technology field preferred

  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Pardot, Craft, and Salesforce a plus
