Your daily responsibilities include

  • Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars.

  • Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars filling ice bins, etc.

  • Stock bars with alcoholic beverages: liquor, wine, beer, drink mixes and non-alcoholic beverages: soda juices, and carbon dioxide at bars using FIFO rotation system.

  • Make certain change slips and drop envelopes are available at each bar.

  • Stock liquor room with all supplies.

  • Ensure beverages are properly stocked before, during and after your shift: Berg liquor system, kegs of beer, wine, soda, and CO2.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars: sweep, mop, break down boxes and take out the trash.

  • Remove all empty kegs from coolers and place in proper storage area.

  • Clean all spills immediately and put out wet floor signs. Remove bar mats and clean nightly.

  • Communicate with Food and Beverage management to let them know when you are running low on any item.

  • Complete side work completely and correctly.

  • Know bar brands available: alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

  • Complete change runs for bartenders.

  • Assist bartenders and cocktail servers in servicing guests when needed.

  • Other duties as required to maintain cleanliness.

Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Read, write legibly, understand and speak English

  • Excellent customer service/communication skills

  • Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.

  • Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues

  • Able to work in constricting areas

  • Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment

Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 100 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
